Our initiative

Together we make a difference

Our environment is the most valuable thing we have. Therefore, we want to take our responsibility to reduce our environmental impact by reducing waste in our restaurants. The first step is that we have started measuring all our waste, including the leftovers that are thrown away by our guests.

Every day, several tons of food are thrown away around the world. Europe's food waste alone could feed 200 million hungry people. If we all make conscious choices and think twice before we throw away food, we can make a difference.
